What the hell you talking about??? Go look it now. The welds are fine, ripped the thin sheet metal it was welded to.

me? negitive... i invested in alittle set of wheel sticks and stopped that problem... its hard to steer with no front wheels on the ground. also i am doing it ALL MOTOR on a SMALL BLOCK

i am not here to dog any one, it was a NICE LAUNCH, i did say that part... but the waiting for the track to be dried off was the down side, but it IS PART OF RACING

Well thats nice and all BUT, he is doing it with a stock bottom end from the factory LS1. Not a built up small block. And if he did oil the track who cares, if your not breaking your not racing.

And he's doing it on a stock shortblock ls1 small block. What's your point?

That was his first experience with breaking on the track, he now knows to pull over and hug the wall to keep the oil out of the groove and keep cleanup to a minimum. Besides, even if he hadn't oiled down the track, there still wouldn't have been enough time to finish the event before the rain came in, so it would have been called anyways.


All he did was crack the oil pan. We'll slap a new oil pan on her this week and we'll be back out racing next week.
